1. Cucumber with celery blast

  • 3 frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

Blend all the ingredients in a Nutri Bullet and enjoy! Makes around 8 to 10 ounces.




2. Apple with carrots

  • 1 apple
  • 1 or 2 small bananas
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 celery stick
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 1 lemon with skin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of fresh water.

Blend all in Nutri Bullet until it becomes thick and enjoy.

3. Green apple with kiwi

  • 1 Green apple
  • 1 kiwi (skin out)
  • 1 lime (skin out)
  • 1 Cucumber with skin

Blend all in Nutri Bullet until smooth and thick , enjoy on an empty stomach

4. Spinach with strawberries

  • 1 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop of sugar free chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup soaked chia seed
  • A small handful of raw pumpkin

Add water and blend. There’s nothing better than a Nutri Bullet in the morning!

5. Green apples with spinach

  • 2 green apples
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 kiwis (skin out)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup water

Cut all the fruits and add them to the blender with water and blend thoroughly and enjoy.

6. Orange with kale

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1 large kale or chard leaf or 2 baby bok choi
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 serving vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries, soak it in water for 10 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup water

Blend all in Nutri Bullet and enjoy

7. Watercress and Parsley Juice

  • 5 sprigs watercress
  • 2 handful of parsley
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 big apple

Remove the seeds from the apple,place all ingredients into a juicer and blend well.

8. Kale and cucumber juice

  • 1 cups Kale
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 1 cups frozen fruit chunks (peaches,mango,pineapple)
  • 2 small banana, peeled
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 16 ounces water

Blender all in Nutri Bullet and enjoy.
